With a career spanning over 20 years of executive experience, financial strategy and property development, Alex is an expert in bringing together and simplifying the many moving parts of your journey with property. The end result is a clear pathway to growth.

Alex began his career as a CPA and has held executive roles as financial controller with Swiss-Swedish multinational corporation ABB as well as Nordic Capital, which focuses primarily on private equity fund investments in northern Europe. This extensive experience feeds into his approach with his clients at Berkshire Luxe, giving him the ability to evaluate and approach the needs of his clients with a singularly strategic standpoint.

Regularly working on the development, procurement and sale of high-end projects spanning $5-50 million, Alex utilises the broad local and international network of contacts he has developed over 20 years as well as his own expertise and experience to find solutions for Berkshire Luxe clients.

Alongside property advisory services, Alex has worked with renowned architects and funded, managed and sold his own luxury Melbourne developments. This experience in project management and end-to-end property development has helped Alex build a consultancy firm that offers a singularly unique service of cross-disciplinary property advice.
