Alex Bragilevsky is the co-founder of luxury property development firm PB&Co, where he has been responsible for building up a pipeline of projects in excess of $300 million across Melbourne and Sydney, for which he raised equity, senior debt and mezzanine finance. Alex had held senior finance and CFO roles for an array of ASX-listed companies and more recently held a Regional CFO position and directorship for a Swedish-based private equity firm with €45 billion under management.

Leveraging his extensive experience across corporate finances, accounting and large-scale development financing, Alex has put together complex joint-venture agreements between landowners and large corporations to achieve world-class industrial and residential developments totalling $2 billion. Over 20 years, he has built a broad international network of contacts across financing, investments, land sales and purchases, and volume developments – leading to a diverse portfolio of developments and financial consulting outcomes.

As a Melbourne-based property advisor, Alex is focused on building strong relationships to drive lucrative and successful outcomes. He works with a range of high-end clients, including large volume builders and developers across property, industrial and pharmaceutical sectors. He specialises in obtaining complex financing solutions for the acquisition of real estate, refinancing, construction and large-scale businesses. As-well as facilitating major development joint ventures, Alex procures and is able raise private equity for his client’s projects. In 2022 alone, he funded $800m of debt through his networks and is working with his clients to exceed $1b of property and construction finance in 2023, consisting of structured senior debt funding, second mortgages and mezzanine finance.
